**Missed Classes Policy**

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending a scheduled class. Here's our policy regarding missed classes:

If you anticipate missing a class, please notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to make necessary arrangements.

2. **Make-Up Classes**:

We will endeavour to provide extra support to help student catchup missed lesson within class time or provide a different class time to catch up.

3. **Refunds**:

We do not offer refunds for missed classes. Your tuition fee covers the cost of reserving your spot in the class, and it cannot be prorated or refunded for individual missed sessions.

**Misbehaviour Policy**

Please note that Chani Leiser reserves the right to dismiss students for repeated misbehaviour, in accordance with our studio policies and code of conduct. We are committed to maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment for all participants.

If you feel that your child is struggling socially, academically, or has conditions such as ADHD, please inform us. Open communication is crucial, and we are here to provide the necessary support and accommodations. Understanding your child's unique needs allows us to tailor our approach and create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.
